No. This work is not therapy and is not intended to replace mental health or medical care. Coaching is a collaborative and supportive process. Our work is goal-oriented and future focused. However, many clients find this work successfully complements traditional therapy and other forms of support.

One-on-one sessions are client-led, collaborative and guided. Sessions may include gentle mind-body practices, conversation, inquiry and exercises tailored to your needs. Exercises can include breathwork, meditation, movement, journaling, and more. The broader focus is sustainable alignment, not fixing or diagnosing.

Mind-body integration refers to practices that support awareness of how thoughts, emotions, physiology and behavior interact. This practice draws from evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness and nervous system regulation to help clients access insight and full-body understanding. Integration can also be facilitated through meditation, movement, journaling and more.
