Hi, I’m Rachael, founder of Ray Langa Wellness

With a master’s degree in behavioral neuroscience and professional experience working with patients in the research and healthcare space, I bring a science-informed, yet deeply human, approach to wellness.

MY direction

In 2018, my mother was diagnosed with ALS with frontotemporal dementia. As her primary caretaker and advocate, I quickly became familiar not just with the disease, but with the pitfalls of our healthcare system. Almost immediately, I recognized the critical need for support services and educational tools in the management of chronic disease.

My knowledge and expertise in the health space shaped the lens through which I navigated the revolving door of doctor’s visits, phone calls, paperwork, and everything in between. Ultimately, my lived experience as a patient advocate provided key insights, further driving my passion and desire to help those impacted by chronic disease and illness.

MIND. BODY. SOUL

My most formative teacher has been my own journey with health, wellness, and self-discovery. For years, I navigated patterns of self-doubt that quietly shaped decisions rooted in fear and misalignment. A meaningful shift occurred when I turned inward and prioritized spiritual practices that supported clarity and alignment.

Through deeper self-connection, I’ve built a grounded confidence and authenticity that now guides how I support others. My hope is that by embodying honesty and presence, I create a safe space for others to step into. A space where walls can dissolve, trust is possible, and healing manifests.

My work is about building a community with you in mind, rooted in truth, connection, and purpose. My passion lies in helping others reconnect with themselves and restore balance. I believe true wellness isn’t defined by perfection, but by the clarity and harmony of mind, body, and spirit.
